Refund Policy

All items here at Sweetfern Designs are handmade and we strive for high quality items. We want our customers to be happy so if you have any questions about our products, please don’t hesitate to ask before purchasing.  If there are any issues with your items please reach out to us via email (sweetferndesigns@gmail.com)

Please make sure any customization is spelled correctly and that you take note of the size of the product you are ordering.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on our part and is decided on a case by case basis.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there is a problem with your order.  We will discuss options – which include return of product for replacement, or a shop credit/discount, depending on issue.  Do not throw away any packaging until issue is discussed.  If there has been an issue during shipping, we will need pictures to request a refund from the shipper.
